購物車裡的低脂低糖食品，默默舉發我斤斤計較、舉止做作的小家子行徑。
不過，這是好物來著，80% less fat spreadable cream cheese，
還有甜甜的草莓果粒，是我最近的早餐新歡。

rich and creamy
really match with the english muffins :)

ha....I "always" pick up either the "less-fat" or "non-fat"
